Strathearn Edmonton Real Estate
The neighborhood of Strathearn is located in south central Edmonton. It is situated between Connors Road and 85th Street, just south of the North Saskatchewan River Valley. The majority of the homes in Strathearn were built between 1940 and 1960, according to the 2001 federal census, and another 35% were built between 1970 and 1980. Single family homes are the most common type of home in Strathearn, according to the 2005 municipal census, and account for a total of 44% of the homes in Strathearn. Another 36% of the homes are low-rise apartments, and 20% are high-rise apartments. A total of 66% of the homes are rented.
