High Park Edmonton Real Estate
West Edmonton is where you’ll find the neighbourhood of High Park. When the Town of Jasper amalgamated with Edmonton in 1964, High Park also became a part of the City of Edmonton. Between the end of the second World War, about 85% of the homes in High Park were constructed. 96% of the homes in High Park are single-family dwellings, and 85% of homes are owner-occupied, according to the 2001 federal census. High Park Elementary School is the only school in the neighbourhood.
