The neighbourhood of Greenview is located in south east Edmonton. The neighbourhood is directly south of the Mill Woods Golf Course. A total of 97.9% of the homes in Greenview were built in the 1970s and 1980s. Single-family homes are the most common type of home in Greenview, and comprise 72% of all the homes in the neighbourhood, with another 18% being row houses. The last 10% is roughly half duplexes, and half low-rise apartments. A total of 83% of homes in Greenview are owner-occupied.
